(Rates are per night based on single/double occupancy for up to three adults (self catering) including GST

  • Christmas & New Year: $7,500 (7 night minimum)

  • Peak Season, December: January & Easter $6,000 per week (7 night minimum)

  • High Season, Sept to April: $850.00 per night or $5,000 per week (5 night minimum)

  • Low Season, May to August: $700.00 per night or $4,500 per week (3 night minimum)

Deposit Policy:

A deposit of one night's accommodation at the full rate is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

As a boutique establishment we find it necessary to exercise a strict cancellation policy. A credit card number is required in order to confirm the booking by payment of a night's accommodation at the full room rate. As we are holding your reservation in good faith this deposit becomes non-refundable should you cancel, amend or change your reservation within 8 days of your arrival date.

During the Easter long weekend and during the Christmas holiday period (18 Dec to 15 Jan) your card will be charged with the full amount of your stay. Travel insurance is recommended during these periods. Upon quoting credit card details you are agreeing to our booking conditions.
